"I joined Fego in the spring of 2017, after being recruited by a former sous chef of mine..to be a part of the team opening the brand new “Fego Beaconsfield”.
Launching a new restaurant was very exciting for me, as it was a new challenge. I knew this would be a great experience and I would learn some important skills, that would really help me should I want to open my own restaurant one day.
After being promoted to head chef of Fego Marlow in the summer of 2020 I’ve really developed, not only as a chef but as a leader of a team. This is down to having such talent within the business, that have taught me a lot since I joined.
