All our cafés serve freshly baked morning goods daily, but if you really want to dive into the Bakehouse experience, visit our Ascot site, home to our dedicated grab & go bakery with a wide selection of baked treats, pastries, and bread made right here by us.

What 1 Ton of Flour a Week Looks Like?
That’s not a typo. We go through an actual ton of flour every week. It looks like bread for days & then some:
- 550sourdough loaves
- 660pillowy potato buns
- 940chewy ciabatta
- 550classic English muffins
- 250doughballs, hand rolled
- 65kggolden, olive oil-soaked focaccia
- 650buttery croissants
- 200rich, flaky pain au chocolate
All of it made by us, from scratch, every single week. That’s not just baking, that’s a full-on carb celebration!
And this is just the tip of the iceberg of what we do:
There’s also 35kg of our house granola, packed with almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, juicy raisins & a splash of Grade A maple syrup.
Plus cakes, buns, donuts, brioche, brownies, cookies & a whole smorgasbord of sweet things to back it up.
