Fego welcomes French chef Jean-Daniel Robert who brings his verrine food concept to the UK for the first time.
Freshly cooked and beautifully presented, each verrine is a small but surprisingly filling portion of a different meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan dish, comprising both traditional French classics and more international flavours.

About the chef:
Based on the traditional French dessert “café gourmand” – an espresso coffee served with 4 or 5 miniature versions of the other desserts on the menu – the Verrine concept was developed by chef Jean-Daniel Robert. He has been running his own restaurant in the south of France for the past 8 years having originally trained in design.
After working and travelling for several years he decided to return to France to open a restaurant based on a new type of cuisine – one built on choice, on sharing, on discovering different flavours within an ever-evolving menu, and one built around the philosophy of “cuisine de petits plats”
